Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. FORM OF REFUND OF PAYMENT

1.1. If the reservation cancellation request is canceled 15 days or more before the estimated check-in date, 50% of the total accommodation amount charged will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the bank account or card paid by the guest. If the reservation cancellation request is canceled 15 days or less before the estimated check-in date, it will not be possible to refund the accommodation fee charged to the guest; no Show will be applied to the full amount.

1.2. For payments made by credit card during the reservation registration, the refund will be made by making a deposit back to the credit card where the payment was made or by EFT / Wire Transfer method to the bank account to be submitted by the Customer.

1.3 Force majeure for cancellation of reservation; In cases such as natural disasters, terrorism, terrorist uprising movement and documented death (1st and 2nd degree relatives), accident and illness (full-fledged hospital report), Tepedebiyer Restaurant & Bungalov does not apply No Show to the guest, and the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.

1.4 For payments made by credit card, the remaining amount after deducting the transaction fee and commission will be refunded.
